The course will be heavily interactive; delegates will be looking at theoretical models and discussing their practical utilisation in the real world. The course has high expectations of all delegates. There will be a shared expectation of full participation in all of the interactive aspects of the course. It expects real stories from delegates hard won experience. It expects debate, discussion and challenges to the models and theories put forwards. It expects encouragement of each other. It expects honesty and openness.
The course is a mix. A mix of developing your relationship skills and increasing your knowledge on the managerial aspects of senior leadership in your work place, and investigating “attitude”, yours and your teams!
